Bills must be paid in full by the due date. Partial payments are not accepted. In anticipation of an extended vacation or similar situation, it is possible to "pay ahead" by posting a credit balance (overpayment) to your account.
Credit/Debit Card Payment - Through the Internet, you can pay your bill using a major credit card. While credit card payments can be accepted by our office personnel via telephone, please use the District web site when convenient. Click here to pay by credit/debit card. You can now sign up to autopay you bill with your credit card.
Cash, check or credit card payments are accepted at our office at 55439 29 Palms Highway in Yucca Valley during regular business hours, Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can use the Express Payment Box located in the lobby for check or money order payments; or get a receipt for the transaction for check or cash payments by paying at the counter.

Mail - Use the pre-addressed envelope that arrived with your statement. Payments should be mailed to: HDWD - Payment Processing, PO Box 80312, City of Industry, CA 91716-8312.
After Hours – Use the Payment Drop Box located to the right of the main entrance of the headquarters building. Do not use the drop box for cash payments.
Auto Pay - Your bank will automatically deduct your bill payment from your checking account or credit card on the date the bill is due. You will receive your bill in advance and be able to review your bill prior to payment. Auto Pay Application Form (PDF - 330 KB)
Electronic Payments - If you pay your bill using your banks on-line service or another on-line payment company, you must enter all 8 digits from your HDWD bill into the account number field. If this is not done properly, payment can be delayed, misapplied, or rejected.
