WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION CHARGE

Actual Cost.
This charge shall be the actual construction cost. A deposit equal to the estimated costs shall be received by the District prior to commencing work.

INSPECTION FEES
|
Actual Cost. A deposit equal to 2% of the construction costs, but not less than $500, shall be received by the District prior to performing the inspection.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND PLAN CHECK FEE

Actual Cost.
A deposit of $700 plus $20 per lot or parcel to be applied towards actual cost. Additional actual costs must be paid prior to connection to the District’s water system.

ANNEXATION FEE

$787 per acre shall be collected by the District for property to be annexed into its service boundaries upon the property owners’ request.

*The tier thresholds for MHP and MTF customers are adjusted by a multiplier of .60 and .72 respectively to account for their average water use. The tier thresholds for MHP and MTF customers are further adjusted for the number of dwelling units for each customer account.
BULK METER CONSUMPTION RATE.
Bulk meter customers will be billed at the Tier 4.
IRRIGATION WATER CONSUMPTION RATES.
Customers with established irrigation budgets set forth in the District’s Landscape Ordinance 72 will be charged consumption charges at the tier 3 for water that is used under budget, and billed at tier 4 for water usage over the established budget.
