WATER SERVICE SHUT DOWN IN YUCCA VALLEY

The Hi-Desert Water District has resolved the problem and water service is now operating in the area of Warren Vista and Hilton Avenue in Yucca Valley.

Yucca Valley, CA 7:35 a.m. -  Hi-Desert Water District's phones are back on and ringing.  The District apologizes for any inconveniences yesterday.

  
WATER MAIN LEAK REPAIRED ON THE WEST END OF YUCCA VALLEY
Wednesday, March 20, 2013 

Yucca Valley, California 11:33 a.m. – The large water main leak on the west end of Town of Yucca Valley, near the Country Club area, has been repaired and water service has been turned back on for the neighborhood of Pinon Drive and Navajo Trail.
 
Customers could temporarily experience brown water flowing from their faucets due to some residual sediment as a result of the leak. The water will turn clear once all sediment has been flushed out of the pipes surrounding the repair.
