Notice of Availability and Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative for Hi-Desert Water District Water Reclamation Facility, Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sewer Collection System Project 

A copy of the Initial Study/Environmental Assessment can be reviewed at the District’s office located at 55439 Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley, CA 92284. The period of review will be from June 9, 2009 to July 9, 2009. Written comments on the Initial Study/Environmental Assessment should be submitted to Joseph Glowitz, District Engineer, at the address listed above no later than July 9, 2009.
