Public Advisory Committee
The Public Advisory Committee was formed by the Board of Directors to encourage community involvement. The former Wastewater Public Advisory Committee was joined with the former Public Advisory Committee in 2011 to make up the current committee.
The purpose of the committee is to hear matters affecting the public prior to Board action and advise the Board accordinly. The Board appointed eleven members to the committee from applications received. The PAC meets on the second Monday of each month at 5 p.m. in the Board Room at 55439 29 Palms Hwy., Yucca Valley CA. Committee members serve on a voluntary basis at the pleasure of the Board. The current members are as follows:

Public Advisory Committee Volunteers Wanted
The Hi-Desert Water District is seeking customers interested in volunteering to serve on the Public Advisory Committee. The committee will meet to discuss and provide input on matters affecting the public including the Wastewater Project, water rates, fees, regulations, and budgets. The committee meets on the second Monday each month at 5:00 p.m. Volunteers are asked to make a minimum of a one-year commitment.
