Watering Hours
During the high use season beginning June 1 and ending September 30 of each year, irrigating and watering is permitted before the hours of 9:00 a.m. and after the hours of 5:00 p.m., any three(3) days of the week as long as the three(3) days are not exceeded in any given week.
During the low use season beginning October 1 and ending May 31 of each year, watering is permitted at the discretion of the customer taking into account weather conditions such as wind and temperature. Again only three(3) days of the week are permitted.
