Phase 2 Sewer Private Property Connection Steps

  1. Property owners will receive private property sewer connection notifications identifying their timelines.
  2. Property owners will determine who will perform the sewer connection construction, identifying the Applicant.
  3. The Applicant is identified as the person and/or company responsible for the construction of the connection.
  4. Applicant(s) must locate the sewer connection diagrams and confirm they will follow the designed Plot Plan.
  5. Applicant(s) must submit a signed Acknowledgement Form to the District.
  6. The District will then issue the Phase II Sewer Verification Document for Permitting with the Town of Yucca Valley (TOYV).
  7. Applicant will then obtain a permit from the Town of Yucca Valley (Follow TOYV septic tank abatement steps).
  8. Construct work and follow-through with HDWD and Town of Yucca Valley inspections.
