PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: 1 P.M. PACIFIC TIME, JULY 3, 2024
The Hi-Desert Water District (HDWD) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) as the second step of the procurement process and establishes the process for soliciting and evaluating Proposals from those entities shortlisted as part of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) process. The RFP details the Project description and includes function, program, design, performance, schedule and cost criteria that will be the basis for design and construction services.
The District is soliciting proposals from the following entities (“Respondents”), listed in alphabetical order:
- Sukut Construction / West Coast Civil
- W.A. Rasic Construction / Wildan
The District’s sole point of contact (District’s Point of Contact or District Contact) for this RFP shall be Mr. Ryan Hutchins, District Services Coordinator, who shall administer the RFP process. All communications shall be submitted in writing by email and shall specifically reference this RFP (identify the e-mail in the subject line as: “Phase II Design-Build Project – RFP”).
BID FOR 8" PVC PIPE AND PIPELINE PRODUCTS
